ACBS Nordic Meeting in Stockholm

Consider laying your travel plans to Stockholm, Sweden, between August 16-18th for the joint ACBS Nordic Meeting & Stockholm Classic Poker Run 2024. ACBS Northern Europe is a proud co-sponsor of this year’s event. The poker run will be held at Saltsjobaden in the beautiful Stockholm archipelago, typically with 50+ classic boats in the run. 

Saltsjobaden is sacred classic boating waters, the first Swedish motor boat exhibition was held here in 1922 and it was the arena for the Royal Motor Boat Association races in the 1920s and 30s. 

The host hotel will be Grand Hotel Salsjobaden and the race will go through canals, narrow passages, around small islands and open waters. Explore a new side of vintage boating with classic Swedish boat designs blended with American and European boats.

The poker run will be held Saturday August 17, 2024 with a poker game in the late afternoon and a dinner banquet in the evening. Other boating events is planed for the weekend.

For those traveling with their wooden treasures, boat ramp and crane service is available for boat launching.
