Update - ACBS Nordic Meeting Stockholm

Important news on our very first meeting, joining the Stockholm Classic Poker Run 2024:

The hotel and by this start/end of the poker run have been changed. A map of how the route will run this Saturday, August 17th is attached. The start and finish location has been moved to Djurönäset, but the route is largely the same.

All classic boats start at 10.30am at Djurönäset, it then takes us in through Strömma channel (1) where we have our first Card stop. The tour then goes through Kolström out into Baggensfjärden and over to Sune Carlsson Marina (2) where our second Card Stop will be located.

From there, the trip goes back out onto Baggensfjärden, through Fällström and past Gåsö. The island is marked with a red X. The next Card Stop is in Napoleonviken on Ägnö (3). Out on Ingaröfjärden and north on Nämdöfjärden. It can get bumpy there!

After a few nautical miles we turn again into calmer water towards Malma kvarn and further up towards Tranarö and Fågelbro (4) for another Card Stop - the fourth. Then there is only the rest left and we steer back to Djurönäset (5). There we get our last playing card at 2 p.m. Then we have lunch and finish with the exciting five-card game!

The weather forecast looks promising, so why not take the boat for a ride and check out all the 20 or so lovely veterans heading out on Saturday? If you wanna' say hi, but don't have a boat, you may have the opportunity to get out in another way. Car or bus to Strömma canal, for example? There you will be able to take a good look at the boats.
